File prep & lead times

Send print-ready files

PDF is preferred. Build artwork at final size when practical, include bleeds where needed, and outline fonts or package them. Keep logos and key copy inside the safe area.

Choose resolution by viewing distance

For large-format graphics, about 150 DPI at final size is usually appropriate. Use 300 DPI for pieces viewed up close. Avoid enlarging low-resolution images.

Tell us your show details

Include the event name, booth footprint, quantities, venue or ship-to location, and in-hands date. Share artwork with the project request so we can confirm production requirements.

Lead times and rush requests

Lead time depends on the product, artwork readiness, quantities, and shipping destination. Request a quote early; rush production and ship-to-show coordination may be available as add-ons.

Need a file check?

Send the details and files through the project form. We will flag issues before production and coordinate with our outsourced production partners.
